How to upload your accreditations & certificates to the platform:

Using the Operandio platform, your employers will request accreditations from you, which you can upload to your profile. The following article will explain in a simple step-by-step format, how upload those accreditations for your employers to view.


Steps


Step 1: When an accreditation has been requested for you to upload, a notification will appear on your dashboard under a section called Your Accreditations. Click into this page.


Step 2: Once you have clicked into Your Accreditations, a list of accreditations requiring your attention will appear. There are 2 ways to upload, you can either attach a photo, or attach a file. Click on the appropriate upload option and choose the photo/file from your library to attach it.


Step 3: You must also set an expiration date for the accreditation in accordance with the certificate. If an expiration date is not set, the accreditation will not be uploaded and will continue to appear as requiring attention on your dashboard. Click into the Set an expiry date button and select the relevant date.


Step 4: Once the photo/file has been attached and the expiration date has been set, the accreditation has been correctly uploaded and will no longer show up in your dashboard.
