Why can’t I see a new location?

If a new location isn’t visible:

  • Ensure that the location has been assigned to the relevant users.

    Assignment can be done in the People View:

    • Edit individual staff and assign them to the new location.
    • Or use bulk actions in the top-right corner → Add Location to assign multiple staff to the new location at once.

Only users assigned to the location will be able to see it in the platform.

Billing

Adding a new location will impact your next billing cycle.

  • A clear warning will appear when creating a location.
  • If you have any questions about billing or timing, contact your account manager before proceeding.
