Image Size Guide

This guide explains the recommended image dimensions for each area of the platform to help you choose images that display correctly and look their best.


Header Images (Training Manager)

Header images are used for:

  • Training modules
  • Courses
  • Observations

Recommended dimensions:

  • 1600 × 1055 pixels (or similar aspect ratio)

Using images close to this size will ensure headers display clearly without stretching or cropping.


Campaign Images

Campaign images are used within campaigns and are displayed on kiosk devices.

Recommended dimensions:

  • 1200 × 400 pixels

Supported formats:

  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • GIF

Using these dimensions will ensure your campaign images display correctly across all devices.


Global Dashboard Banner

The global dashboard banner appears at the top of the dashboard and should be sized correctly to ensure it displays clearly and proportionally.

Recommended dimensions:

  • 2360 pixels wide × 472 pixels high

Images that match these dimensions will provide the best viewing experience without distortion.
