How to remove staff members/make staff inactive

Making an Employee Inactive


If you need to make a user inactive in the platform, please follow the steps below:


Note: Depending on your permissions, you will need to be a Location Manager (built-in permissions) or above to make this change. If you don’t have access to edit employee profiles, you may need to contact your Account Owner or an Admin for assistance.


Step 1: Navigate to People

  • Log in to the platform.
  • Go to the People view from the main menu.

Step 2: Select the Employee

  • Search for or locate the employee’s name.
  • Click on their profile to open their details.

Step 3: Edit Their Status

  • Select Edit Profile (or the edit icon).
  • Locate the Status field.
  • Change the status from Active to Inactive.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply the update.

Once saved, the employee will be marked as inactive in the system.
