How to Reset Your Operandio Password and 4-Digit PIN

This guide walks you through how to reset your Operandio password and change your 4-digit PIN, so you can quickly regain access to the platform and your kiosk devices.

Before You Reset Your Password:

⚠️ Passwords are case sensitive - check that you’re using the correct capital letters.
You’re using the same email address linked to your Operandio profile.
Your account has already been activated. If you haven’t activated your account yet, please do so before attempting to reset your password.

How to Reset Your Operandio Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the Operandio login screen.

Steps:

Go to the Operandio login page (web view).
Select “Forgotten your password?”
Enter the email address linked to your Operandio account.
Check your inbox for a verification code.
Copy and paste the code into the reset screen.
Create and confirm your new password.
Return to the login screen and sign in using your new password.

Once completed, you’ll be logged back into the platform.

How to Change Your Operandio 4-Digit PIN (Kiosk PIN)

Your 4-digit PIN is used to sign in on kiosk devices (such as an iPad or tablet at your venue). You can update this either on the kiosk device or through the web platform.

Change Your PIN via the Web Platform:

Log in to Operandio.
Navigate to Profile > Settings > Your Profile.
Scroll down to the Tablet / Kiosk PIN section.
Enter and save your new 4-digit PIN.

Change Your PIN on the Kiosk Device:

Open Operandio on the kiosk (iPad or tablet).
Go to your Profile > Settings > Your Profile.
Scroll down to the PIN section.
Update and save your new PIN.
