How to Access Operandio Using a Kiosk Device
This guide will walk you through how to access Operandio using a kiosk device, such as an iPad or tablet at your venue. Your venue can have as many kiosk devices as needed, whether they are wall-mounted or shared between staff.
If you haven’t set up a kiosk device yet, please refer to the guide on how to register a kiosk device before continuing.
Accessing Your Profile on the Kiosk
When you open the Operandio app on a kiosk device, you’ll see a list of employees assigned to your location.
Steps:
- Swipe up or select Log in.
- Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your name.
- Select your profile.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN to log in.
This is the same PIN you set up when your account was created.
What Happens After You Log In
Once logged in, Operandio will automatically display:
- Checklists, actions, training courses and other relevant items assigned to you
- Tasks based on your assigned areas of work and the time of day
You can then begin completing your required tasks and access the platform directly from the kiosk device.
Automatic Logout
One of the key features of the kiosk device is its automatic logout timer, displayed in the top-right corner of the screen.
If you step away from the device and don’t return within the time set by your manager or head office:
- You will be logged out automatically
- The kiosk will reset to the default screen
- The device will be ready for the next employee to log in
This helps keep accounts secure and ensures the kiosk is always available for shared use.
