How to embed a Knowledge Base Article into Lists & Audits

Linking Knowledge Base articles into your Lists & Audits is a fantastic way to provide reference material to employees as they are working on tasks.

In the Job Manager, fine the List you would like to provide a Knowledge4 Base Article link into and head into edit mode.

In the step description field type '@' and then start typing the title of your Knowledge Base article.

You will then see the relevant content appear from within the popup box, where you can select the correct article:


Operandio customers use the 'Instruction' response type to provide a general reference at the begging on their List or Audit.

However, you can also provide Knowledge Base Article links into individual step description fields as well (as per the image above.)
