For food storage application, we recommend using the follow alert rules for your IoT sensors. You can edit these rules via the Sensors dashboard (if you have the correct permissions.)

Sensor temperature range rules

Fahrenheit (°F) rules

Fridges & Cool Rooms

• Min: -3
• Max: 8
• Alert time delay: 3 x 20 min readings

Freezers:

• Min: -30
• Max: -4
• Alert time delay: 3 x 20 min readings

Celcius (°C) rules

Fridges & Cool Rooms

• Min: -3
• Max: 8
• Alert time delay: 3 x 20 min readings

Freezers:

• Max: -4
