Read and confirm important Communications Hub messages

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Open the Communications Hub and select the message, checking the Unconfirmed tab if you have messages waiting. Read the whole message and open any attachments, then tick the confirmation checkbox at the bottom, sign if asked, and submit. Some messages appear as a Confirmation required pop-up when you log in. The confirm button only unlocks once you have scrolled to the end and opened every attachment. Confirmations can't be undone, so read carefully first.

Read and confirm a message

  1. Log in to Operandio and open the Communications Hub.

  2. Find the message you need to confirm. If you have messages waiting, you'll also see an Unconfirmed tab.

  3. Select the message to open it.

  4. Read the full message from top to bottom, and open and review any attached documents, images, or other supporting information.

  5. At the bottom of the message, tick the confirmation checkbox. It may say I have read and confirmed, or use wording set by the sender.

  6. If a signature is required, draw it in the signature box.

  7. Submit your confirmation.

The message now shows as confirmed. A confirmation can't be undone once submitted.

If a confirmation pop-up appears

Some important messages must be confirmed before you can keep using Operandio. These appear as a Confirmation required pop-up.

  1. Read the message in the pop-up and scroll to the end. If the message fits on screen without scrolling, it counts as read.

  2. Open every attached document, if there are any.

  3. Select the confirmation button. It may say I have read and confirm, or use wording set by the sender.

  4. If asked, draw your signature to finish.

The confirmation button stays greyed out until you've scrolled to the end and opened every attachment.

Not ready yet? Select Snooze 5 minutes to hide the pop-up on that device for 5 minutes. It comes back once the time is up, so you still need to read and confirm it.

If you can't confirm the message

  • Make sure you've scrolled all the way to the end of the message.

  • Open every attached document, not just the message itself.

  • Check your internet connection and try again.

  • If it still won't confirm, contact your manager or Operandio support.
