Activate Your Operandio Account

This guide walks you through how to set up your Operandio account after receiving your activation email.

Before You Begin

Your organisation must send you an activation email before you can access Operandio.

  • If you haven’t received an activation email, please contact your manager or head office to request one.
  • If you need assistance inviting staff to the platform, please refer to this guide.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once you’ve been invited, you’ll receive an activation email.

  • Check your inbox
  • If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder
  1. Open the activation email
  2. Select the activation link provided in the email

Step 3: Set Up Your Login Details

You’ll be prompted to create the following:

Password

  • Used to log in to Operandio via a web browser or the mobile app
  • Must meet the password requirements shown on screen

4-Digit PIN

  • Used to access the registered kiosk device in your venue

Step 4: Log In

Once your password and PIN are set, your account is successfully activated!
