Activate your Operandio account

Check your email for an activation link from Operandio, click it, set your password and 4-digit PIN, and you are in. The whole process takes under two minutes.

BEFORE YOU START

You need an invitation from your manager or head office before you can activate. If you have not received an activation email, contact your manager and ask them to send you an invite. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.

  1. Open the activation email from Operandio.

  2. Click the activation link in the email.

  3. Enter and confirm your password.

  4. Set your 4-digit PIN. This is used to sign in on kiosk devices at your venue.

  5. Click Activate. Your account is now live.

Once activated, log in at app.operandio.com or download the Operandio mobile app to get started.
