Reset your password or PIN

To reset your password, go to the Operandio login screen and click Forgotten your password? To change your PIN, go to your profile settings on the web or on the kiosk.

Can’t log in? Try these first

  • Passwords are case sensitive. Check caps lock is off and you are using the correct capitalisation.

  • Check the email address. Make sure you are using the same email linked to your Operandio account.

  • Account not activated? You need to activate your account before you can log in. Check your inbox for an activation email from Operandio or refer to this article

Reset your password

Do this from the login screen. You do not need to be logged in.

  1. Go to the Operandio login page.

  2. Click Forgotten your password?

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Operandio account.

  4. Check your inbox for a verification code.

  5. Enter the code on the reset screen.

  6. Create and confirm your new password.

  7. Return to the login screen and sign in.

Change your 4-digit PIN

Your PIN is used to log in on kiosk devices. You can change it from the web platform or directly on the kiosk.

  1. From the web platform

    1. Log in to Operandio.

    2. Click your profile in the top-right corner and go to Settings > Your Profile.

    3. Scroll to the Tablet / Kiosk PIN section.

    4. Enter and save your new PIN.

  2. From the kiosk device

    1. Open Operandio on the kiosk and log in.

    2. Go to Profile > Settings > Your Profile.

    3. Scroll to the PIN section.

    4. Update and save your new PIN.
